What is included in a FlexiRox KIT?
👉 A FlexiRox KIT is a fully pre-assembled system for laying elastic, seamless and permeable surfaces based on rubber granulate and polyurethane resin. Each kit is designed to cover a fixed surface area, with a consistent layer thickness and easy on-site application.
Included in the FlexiRox KIT:
- FlexiRox PU Binder (6.8 kg)
High-quality single or two-component polyurethane binder, specially developed for rubber-bound applications. - Rubber Granulate (25 kg)
Wear-resistant, elastic rubber granulate for shock absorption and walking comfort. - Colour Granulate / EPDM (optional)
For decorative accents or colour zones. - Mixing ratio & technical instructions
For a correct, consistent installation.
📌 Note: FlexiRox is intended for pedestrian zones and light use, not for heavy rolling traffic.
What is included in a FlexiRox SUB-BASE KIT?
👉 A FlexiRox Sub-Base Kit provides a stable, level and durable foundation on which the FlexiRox system can function optimally.
This kit is designed for applications where extra stability, adhesion or levelling is required.
Included:

FlexiRox Base Binder (non-UV)
Specially developed for sub-bases. -
Mineral or rubber-bound sub-base components
Depending on application and substrate. -
Optional: crack-reduction membrane
To limit stresses from the substrate.
